What type of data do you provide access to?
We provide access to all the data we produce, including surfaces, returns, and strategy returns. Our redistribution agreements with data vendors enable us to offer you a wide range of data outputs.
How do you source your data?
We take our data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. We buy raw data directly from exchanges and from brokers. This allows us to create a comprehensive "golden source" data set, integrating both official exchange data and superior broker data.
Do you offer real-time data?
No, we use T-1 data, meaning it reflects the settlements from the end of the previous trading day.
How far back does your data go?
Copilot Pro: We provide a comprehensive historical view for each product, with data coverage typically ranging from 15 to 20 years, depending on the product.
Copilot Essential: Historical data is available for up to 5 years.
Note: Coverage may vary slightly between different products due to data availability.
How do you ensure the quality of your data?
We aim to deliver the most accurate volatility information available. By combining data from multiple sources and incorporating the best available information, we strive to create data sets that reflect the true market conditions as closely as possible.
